Update - Ended up calling because it was so poorly done, staff was friendly and understanding and asked me to bring it back in. Brought it back in and would you believe most of the things that weren't done or done poorly are still not done? Like not even touched. Would not recommend Milnes for detailing, horrible.
I guess this is one of those "You get what you paid for" moments. Milnes is offering a detailing special, but there's really nothing special about it. When inspecting my vehicle I noticed my license plate, that was previously in perfect condition, no longer had most of the blue on it

While Milnes wasn't able to 'recreate' the issues I had with my vehicle, Kayla, Ginny, and team went far above expectations by keeping it a couple of extra days and test driving it at various points of the day to make sure. Every person I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you, literally, for going the extra mile !

Came here for a work truck repair first go was positive. Second trip not so much and it began falling from there.
I had a vehicle towed there on a Saturday I called to let them know it was just electrical and that should only be a fuse but 3 days later they never even looked at it yet and they stayed cause they don't have a hoist for a big truck that was working at the time. Which made me confused cause you can pop a hood and look at the fuses. Wasn't till I called them back to tell them the exact fuse that was causing the problem that it was fixed so I had to do the work of figuring

Terrible customer service salesmen are " too busy" horrible experience each and every time I go there to try and get into a truck, if you don't have great credit don't come here. Don't get help from Jeff Wells either he doesn't answer your calls and takes forever to get back with you will tell you he's too busy and will get to it when he can.

Milnes Ford in Lapeer Michigan is one of the best! Val, one of the sales associates, is one of the most kindest salesmen I have ever come across. He wasn't pushy and didn't see me as another paycheck for him. I did not end up buying from here but I wish I did! The next day, Val called me up to see if I wanted to check out a new vehicle that had just arrived, but unfortunately I had already purchased a vehicle from a different dealership.
