There are many factors that affect the building of a home. The finalization of selections, floor plans, weather, and material deliveries are important considerations. We have a lot of experience in the building process and have built great relationships with our suppliers. All that said, it should take approximately 120 days to complete your home with WestWind.

I moved in September of 2020 and I've been reporting since November 2020 that there was water stains on the ceiling of my kitchen. They said they would send someone to look at it and that was all they did and took photos. Now it is past my warranty and no one has come to fix it or check the issue on my new home. We keep calling Melissa who we are told is in charge of the warranty department and no one has come to fix or check what the issue was in our new home. We have shown up to the office, called, and submitted multiple requests online within the last year. Nothing has ever been done.

I would not recommend for any of my family or friends or anyone for that matter buy from westind homes they do not have experienced workers who know how to properly build a house. They say they will fix anything you find wrong with the house within a year and they don't follow through. We have called multiple times for them to come fix the problem we have with our door seal our roof leaks and no call backs. This is a brand new home and I shouldn't have to be dealing with these issue I bought a brand new home instead if a used home so that I do not have any issues and yet here I am still having
