I locked myself out of the house on a Friday night at around 8 p.m. My wife and infant son were with me and we were stuck outside. I called A1 and within 45 minutes a locksmith was at my home in Portales. He unlocked the door and got us back into our house in under 10 minutes. He was super nice and super fast, and it cost much less than I thougt it would.

Highly recommend this business. As a military spouse, finding professional, honest and dependable businesses in new places is one of the most stressful parts of moving around so frequently. I had an incident where the front door lock on my house broke and I called them at 2:03 pm. By 2:45 pm they had come out and completely replaced my lock. They were professional, quick and thorough and they not only repaired my door but they restored my peace of mind, for which I am so grateful. I can't recommend their services enough.
