Higley Construction is a family owned business servicing the Clarksville and Nashville areas. The primary owner, Joe Higley, started in the construction business with a well-established framing company at the age of 18 as a framer. In just 2 years he became foreman within the company he started with.
After 9 years and 100's of framed houses, businesses, completed additions, decks, porches etc. later, he started Higley Construction. Today Higley Construction is the leading home renovation business in the area. Our years of hands on experience far exceeds the knowledge and expertise of our competitors.

We are residential contractors, and it is our mission to provide you with exceptional construction service! We want you to love your home. We understand that it is your biggest asset, and making the decision to renovate it or build it is a decision you don't take lightly. Home improvement is our specialty and you can rest assured that we will take care of you.
Room renovations can be as small as replacing windows or trim to completely gutting out a portion of your house and starting over. What ever the size of your renovation, we can handle it. If you need ideas, we can help with that too. We can pull design, placement and material ideas from our past jobs and bring them together for a fresh new unique look for you.
At Higley Construction we are always looking for the next best carpenter and skilled and competent sub-contractors. Higley Construction added on a sunroom and deck to our home. I will say Joe and his team are amazing! We have had other remodel projects done to our home and this by far was the BEST experience! First the communication was spot on. We could always reach someone with questions or concerns which was important to us. I can also say the respect of the team for our property and for us was incredible and so appreciated. The Quality of work is outstanding! This space turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I can’t say enough positive things about Higley Construction. I would and will be recommending

Joe and his crew are amazing! After a horrible experience with another contractor last year it took me a long time to trust anyone with our home again. Joe came highly recommended, and pretty much transformed our whole house, including our attic in a short period of time into the most beautiful space.This was such a wonderful experience, Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with and we will be forever grateful for our beautiful home!
