My family and I have used Heaven Scent along time and plan on using them for a long time to come. They are very friendly and helpful and glad to spend time with you. This lovely florist shop has been around for approximately 30years if that says anything. It's neat, organized & well stocked with gift items and ideas. The staff is courteous and helpful and dressed neat and clean. All their arrangements are top notch. It's always a pleasure to do business with these folks.

I ordered a funeral arrangement from my mother to her last sister. It hit her really hard and she wanted to give her a beautiful arrangement. I was told it would be a beautiful feminine bouquet. I got greenery and 4 sunflowers for $111. I was furious because it added greatly to my mother's grief. I went in and complained. I was told they always give the money's worth. She offered to give me $20 back. I will never use this place again and I do not recommend it.

Sadly, a business I worked with while I lived in the area had a very sad tragic death in their family. I wanted to get a tree or a plant.
The first time I called I was hung up on promptly. Not a great start. I called a friend in Hobbs, after this and she advised me to try Heaven Sent. I gave it another try. I advised the young lady , I was hung up on the day before (same girl) and I decided to try again, I made sure she could hear me first.
I explained my situation and what I was trying to accomplish. I told her I looked on the website
