Why do so many people skip their annual eye exam? We believe it's because they don't know what to expect. For this reason, we feel it's important to outline the process so you can feel comfortable knowing there's nothing to worry about. Upon your arrival, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our practice.
Hoquiam Vision Clinic believes in the value of eye care for you and your family. We have products and pricing to accommodate all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no vision insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly.
Keeping your eyes healthy is important. An annual eye examination can help detect a number of eye health conditions, some of which offer no symptoms before they become something more serious. To request an appointment at our office, please call our North Shore Location at 360-289-0603 or our Hoquiam location at 360-533-7395.
Unlike a vision screening or other general eye test, comprehensive eye exams evaluate the entire health of the eye. They also help the optometrist or ophthalmologist determine your unique prescription. Comprehensive eye exams should begin as an infant to ensure proper eye and vision development. Ongoing eye health examinations at regular intervals are also important as many eye diseases and vision changes can occur without warning signs.

I am very disappointed with one of their receptionist. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She doesn’t know what a work ethic means. I have to go there because the contact lens that the doctors prescribed me doesn’t work for me, so I had to come back couple times and travel 15 mins every time to go back to their office. It's an inconvenience, but I made it work to come and get the right fit for me but I don’t want to go back there anymore.Receptionists should be professional since they are the first person in contact in the office. But she does not have good communication skills. I like

The lady that runs it is a thief. My husband ordered me a part of coach glasses and paid for them. They lost them and said they were at Ocean Shores and when I got ahold of them they didn't have them! I never received those glasses but he did pay or them! She also gave us a fake receipt later and charged his card weeks later!!! The bank said it's weird! Do Not Go There! The lady was so RUDE. They replaced a gem for a rock!

I called to set an appointment as a returning patient and they tell me they have no record of me. Then admitted to losing my paper file and have no electronic files of me. Apparently they are moving offices, this is still no excuse to be losing patient files. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Hoquiam vision center. How unprofessional.

Had an exam, arranged for and paid for new glasses with glass lenses. Told twice it would be two weeks, 6 weeks later they are finally done. Made an appointment for Friday, April 23, to pick them up. Got there, I was told they were sent to the Ocean shores office. Got to that office, they are closed on Fridays. Now I have to wait until next week. Organization resembles a soup sandwich. Don't bother buying glasses from them.
