I just can not say enough about Kevin and his people. Our deck was unsafe and falling over. They came out and reused what they could safely, put in new footings, rebuilt an upper section and actually enlarged it and stained. They notice that a smaller deck to another door now did not match so they stained that one to match as well. Everything looks looks great like brand new. He then cleaned up and even did some power washing to back of house to just freshen up everything. Not just great work but the right work the first time for a fair price. This is not common today.

Kevin and his crew are timely, personable, and professional. Went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with the job. They power washed my house and it came out beautifully. Also helped me with redesigning a portion of our back deck. I can't say enough good things about this veteran-owned business.

Writing on behalf of Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington. We needed the museum to be cleaned in a short notice and I gave Pals Power Washing a call. He came out late Friday night to give a quote and early Wednesday Morning he was able to do the job on such a short notice. We have old paint that can flake off in a strong wind and I was very skeptical about having someone power wash the museum but Kevin said he'd use soft touch rinse with mild detergent and a soft bristle brush. It came out great. We are very happy with the work, gave us a great price and we will be using them again.

Absoulety AWEFUL service!! This company deserves way less than 1 star! Had them wash my house, roof, all flat surfaces. They claim they use "environment" soaps...They don't! My grass and plants are dead. It STINKS like bleach! Shingles are missing from my roof... Theres streaks on my patio and walk ways! OVER priced!! Talked to a worker and they said "he is not a "pro" more of "hack" that they've ever seen and he steals signs from other power washing company's." Not sure what that means but ill deffinelty be spreading the word on social media and friends not to hire this company. Called another
