I found this company on the BBB.ORG website. I contacted him to see when he would be able to come out a assess cracks that were forming in my drywall and ceiling. He told me to send him pictures and he would send me an estimate in a few days. We also discussed him sending pit his friend that was a structural engineer to make sure the cracks weren't serious. This was on 3/2/2021 and 3/4/2021. It is 3/16/2021 and I have never heard back. His work may be A rating work but communication needs to be a lot better.
