BaseCamp senior staff are key participants in plan and project development teams. We bring a comprehensive and expert understanding of environmental and other development-related issues to the table and can assist the team in working through a range of project options, environmental review considerations, feasible mitigation measures and strategies for completing project and environmental processing.
The University of the Pacific (UOP) in Stockton, CA proposed development of an upper division student housing project, which would provide 381 student housing beds in 142 apartments with related community facilities adjacent to the Calaveras River. Housing would be provided in a four-story building with two wings encompassing approximately 150,000 SF of floor area.
