Visiting Nails Uncorked is always a treat, and i really liked the manicurists at the gateway location, but i visited the west 11th location and the atmosphere is totally different. It felt more open and relaxed, and the music was nice in the background. I sat happily watching the koi fish and Kevin did a wonderful job on my fill. It's also closer to home so it makes more sense for me. Will absolutely return. I will say, it gets pretty busy, but the koi fish let you pet them, so I'd happily wait.

I'm conflicted with this review because basically every time I go in I am 110% satisfied. I swear to everyone that their Signature Spa Pedicure is hands down the best pedicure experience anywhere! I still stand behind that. I've never needed to ask for a specific person because every tech I have had has been excellent. Both for pedicures and full set of acrylics.

My daughter went in for acrylics (her first time) and the tech sliced her fingers open, bleeding, on 5 different fingers. Cuts under her nails and also on top, by her nail bed. All were bleeding. She would pull her hand back after each slice and he'd say, "Oh, you're fine". When I called the manager, he apologized and said it was from the sharp files. As if it wasn't a big deal. We will not be going back.

If I could leave 0 I would. Luke here executed what I wanted color wise *ok*, most of my nails are bumpy and misshapen, and it's obvious some of the forms don't even fit, but what I'm left with is SHREDDED cuticles. For doing it "over 20 years" I am insanely disappointed. I paid 66$ plus tip!!!! My thumb has been bleeding ALL day the next day. Once I got it to stop, hours later I touched my annihilated finger on something for it to start bleeding again! Not to mention he was on his phone a good amount of the time. Just awful. Never going again!

Receptionist was great. Very friendly and professional. First time at this salon but have been getting fills for years. The nail tech barely said a word, just seemed to be in a huge hurry and a couple times didn’t bother to respond at all to my question or comment. It wasn’t until the THIRD time that she caught my cuticle/skin with her dremel type tool and I basically jumped out of the chair that she asked if I was ok. Ends weren’t straight and I had her fix one, which she seemed annoyed by, so I just straightened

Day 3 of my gel mani and it’s already chipped. I’m on vacation and called to see if there’s anything they can do when I get back, possibly a small discount? Lady on the phone said I would need to come in today to get it fixed. I’m on vacation so obviously not going to happen. I asked if I could get some type of credit, maybe a few bucks off for next time? No. $45 plus tip for this?

I got the luxury pedicure and honestly there was nothing special about it, the lady next to me a classic pedicure and it seemed like the same treatment and time. The guy I had was trying to cut my ingrown but decided not to so now my toe is irritated on both side. I will come back. Only place i could find open on Sundays also.

I have gone to Nails uncorked for years, I am done!!!!!! You have to go till you find someone that is good. which I have done a few times over the years as they get lax and spoiled and start doing a bad job.
The owner of these businesses does nothing to help the employees improve, like extra in house training and it can be a mess!!! I have had very painful manicures that ripped the top of my nails off due to lack of knowledge about what they are suppose to be doing. Had to stop one manicurist as it was just crazy and painful!

Was visiting town from the coast and needed a fill and pedicure. The inside felt so glamorous and the service and kindness of each person was fantastic. I loved also that they had fun with each other while working but not too much just a happy environment. I had the best nail design and pedicure by Scarlet. My wife had a beautiful pedicure by Lily with the most awesome mermaid polish. She even enjoyed a glass of wine while I got my fill. Definitely recommend!!

I have been to multiple other nail salons as well as Nails Uncorked more than once. Unfortunately after paying the $10 extra to have gel polish and have it not come off. 2 peeled up in just 3 days. I asked if I could get the gel removed and just have black put on at no charge since I was worried that the rest of my nails would do the same thing, and I spend $100+ there a couple days prior. Since I would have had to pay I said never mind, to just fix the two that were already messed up. This was easy and there was no issues. Which I greatly appreciated.

Great service! Made an appointment the day before for me and my boyfriend and they let me move the appt time around the same day without any issue! Lady's doing our pedicures were awesome and came out feeling refreshed They are not super pricey but give service like they are which is amazing! Alcohol prices are really good too! Thank you nails uncorked!

I am soo bummed. I went in to get a mani/pedi after a really rough day. I had some gel polish on my finger nails and instead of soaking it off, it was drummeled off. The shape of my nails were all crooked and when I asked to have them reshaped, they kept filing but not where or how I was asking and just making them shorter and shorter. All of my nails looked crooked and still had some of the old gel on them and they were going to paint them like that. I finally just asked if they could stop. They offered to put a clear coat or something on them and I just said no, so I could go home and fix them

A huge shoutout to Nails Uncorked for their exceptional service! I called to make an appointment for a decent size group for my moms birthday to all get pedicures. They were super accommodating and even let me add 3 more people same day with no problem. We were also about 15 mins late for our appointment and they even still were so nice and made sure everything went smoothly.
All the technicians wore their masks the entire time and made sure to sanitize once we were done. I'm thankful I had someone recommend this place for our group! My mom had a wonderful time and our toes looked fabulous

I really wanted to love this place. First I went for a pedicure that was AWESOME. I decided to being my mother there to get manicures and I got the worst gel manicure I have ever had unfortunately. They were out of the TWO gel colors I asked for, and the service was extremely rushed, I got lotion patted on the tops of my hands for a second. I went in the next day and they fixed it (thankfully) but for some reason the person at the counter still charged me $3 when I went up to leave a tip...I'm going to find another go to place because who wants iffy service? Bummed.

- Its a bit expensive
$70 + tips
for eye brow waxing, clear gel manicure, simple non-gel pedicure
- not the greatest job
I had to ask him to get the ingrown, and even then he did an horrible job at it, and he left my toe nails long after I told him to cut them down and bearly scrubbed my feet.
- the gel on my nails started lifting 6 days later

Went to have a pedicure with a friend and I was very disappointed with how our services went. We had an appointment so we got in quick.. however they rushed us the whole time, were very pushy, it felt as if they just wanted us in and out & it wasn't even that busy. We had also asked for a drink and they ignored us & never asked if we needed anything. My toe was bleeding & cut without a word said & still is in stinging pain 6 hours later...
They tried to charge us for the drinks when we finished that we never received. I was very disappointed and displeased with the entire appointment
