Friendly and helpful, Enrique was knowledgeable and I thought finalizing and ordering my cabinets would be a breeze. I had to call twice and email to get my quote, had some follow up questions which were never answered. A week went by without any return calls or emails. I moved on to a better rated company on Route 23.

David from family kitchen provided detailed information for remodeling kitchen. He had good knowledge of kitchen redesign. Contarctor Eddie and his crew from Guilliani brothers are very professional. They finished their work in time. Bigman Victor did quality work for cabinets and tile installation. I recommend family kitchen and Guilliani Brothers.

We were so excited to begin our kitchen remodel, we met with the designer and had a great experience. Then delivery day came and we were missing half our order, and I wish I could say that is when the issues ended. I was told it was my fault that the biggest cabinet was not ordered. It took a week of calling twice a day before I got through to a manager and when I did she was angrier than I was saying that my request for my situation to be corrected was "nonsense" and that mistakes like forgetting to order cabinets happens all the time. I don't know what is worse, the way they handled

Would have given 5 but I was called at last minute to push back my appointment and I still waited even after my rescheduled time. Aside from that David my designer was incredible. Within 15 min from the beginning of our conversation I had a full design with quote and 3D layout of the kitchen in hand. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to direct me with the best manufacturer for the options I wanted. Would definitely recommend getting your kitchen design through them.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Family Wholesale Kitchen & Baths. After they sent someone out to take measurements of our kitchen, we sat down with one of their Designers, Enrique. He showed us the different types and styles of cabinets and how they would fit and look in our kitchen. He did a great job of explaining the benefits and limitations of the different styles and how that would affect what options we’d be able to have. Once we decided on what we wanted, the cabinets were ordered and a delivery and installation date were set.

Amazing experience from initial measurement to installation. Called for quote and the next day the measurements were taken. Our visit to the showroom was pleasant and very low pressure. Cabinets were installed 2 weeks later. Installers wore masks and were prompt arriving when promised and finishing in 6 hours. Cleaned up well wiping down cabinetry and vacuuming sawdust. The only negative was cabinet delivery. Promised to arrive between 9-1, cabinets arrived at 4:30. Installation was flawless. One small problem with one drawer,I will call and see what steps need to be taken.

I felt that after my payment went through this company didn't care about what happened with my kitchen. There were problems with my kitchen at every step that this company was involved. When the cabinets were eventually installed they looked great but all of the top cabinets were hung at different heights (it took weeks for them to be fixed and even then the people that came to hang the cabinets tried to leave without making them all the same height), the power source for the dishwasher was covered, and what I was originally told would take 3 to 4 hours ended up taking all day making me to
