We needed a brand new system and called Southmoore Heating and Cooling. (We had got a quote from another company prior to calling them.) The gentleman that came out to give us a quote was personable and polite. We decided right there that we'd go ahead with it. The crew that came out to install it did a great job and didn't leave any mess. Our new unit looks great and runs fabulously. Their customer service is top notch!

All I can say is ,Outstanding!! Used their service Nov,18 2016. I had an 11:30 appointment and they actually called and asked if I would mind if they came early!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly tech, diagnosed the problem very quickly and done the repair right there. I would recommend this company to anyone.
