Emailed them last minute on a Friday evening for an event the next day. They responded pretty quick and were able to come through on very short notice with an awesome bounce house for the kids. It's tough to find a reliable service for kids parties and this company is great. I use them for all my parties. They communicate well and are on time. Equipment is great and booking process is smooth. Also they were very flexible with me. I had to move the date of my party and they accommodated at the last minute without any fees. Highly recommend.

I had my birthday scheduled for June 12th at a park. The driver didn't want to walk literally a 1 min walk to the entrance, made excuses, lied and said the park ranger told him he couldn't set up, etc,... it wasn't about the money. If he would have answered his phone and was professional he would have spoken to my mother to see exactly where she was. He already had his mind made up and gave a million excuses. I just used Mom's Party Rental on Saturday. We threw a small birthday party for my son. We rented a bounce house, tent, tables and chairs. They were incredibly professional, explained everything, set up everything perfectly (including stakes for the bounce house) and even refunded the amount of the generator I ordered (since I didn't know it could just plug into an outdoor outlet). I will definitely use them again.

Rented the Wild Waves Slide again from Mom's Party Rental and this time we added the slip n slide and OMG it was huge hit, the kids loved it and it totally made the party. We always get lots of compliments from parents that they have the best parties. The delivery guys are awesome, same as last time and they very professional. I was recommended this company by a friend. MY ALL TIME FAVORITE thing about this company is they actually post their prices online. I can't stand going to all these bounce house companies websites and they force you to call them which wastes my time especially if i'm just fishing around looking at different options,I don't want to have to call you to get prices for 12 different bounce houses that I liked. We called yesterday for a last minute party for our sons birthday today and the response was excellent. The whole process took less than an hour. Odalmys helped my husband with choosing the bounce house and the price is really competitive. We ordered a package including the bounce house, tables and chairs and concession for less than $300.

We used Mom's Party Rental for my son's birthday party in April and rented tables, chairs, linens, a double water slide and the slip and slide. Their website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information, such as the dimensions needed to fit the slides, and it was easy to book my rentals online. I also received confirmation emails from them, which gave me peace of mind that they had my order. They were supposed to email or text me my delivery windows 24-48 hours before my party. Equipement and delivery people were excellent. I did not have a rude driver as others have experienced. I am very dissapointed with the customer service from the office. Before I rented I called several times and left messages with no return calls, I finally gave up and ordered online which is what I was trying to avoid. I asked for a delivery time several times with more messages again with no return calls. I did get an email telling me they did not have a time yet and would get back to me. I ordered the bounce house for 11, with 10am setup. I confirmed in the morning and Odalys told me they'd be there at 10:30 instead. At 11 I started to get worried, called and no one answered, voicemail full. 11:30, I start texting and have two people now calling her. She finally texts back "They're on the way." Horrible service! We rented tables, chairs and a bounce house for my nieces 1st birthday. They called us the day before if they can deliver at 10:30am instead of 1pm which was the time we had requested. Needless to say the party started a 2:30pm and they arrived at 2:00pm. We tried calling them several times and texting Odalis Garcia but she would not answer. We had to do a mad dash to get everything set up. The delivery man were rude and vulgar!
