I'd like to tell you a little about my company and the services I provide. I've always been a very hands on person; from tinkering with cars to playing guitar. I have a firm belief that taking on a project such as new construction or a remodel is a strong combination of skill, knowledge, the right tools and a good understanding of design.
I'm not only am a fully licensed contractor but hold degrees in both Business Management and Design/Art. I have years of hands on experience and when needed, use only qualified sub-contractors that I have personally vetted and have proven themselves in the field. When it comes to any project there's right way and a wrong way.

At Derby Deck we believe that providing the customer with all the information is the most important aspect of any job. There is a lot that goes into building a deck the RIGHT way. Many contractors either don't know or are afraid if they tell you the truth, they will be under bid and lose the job. We believe that most customers, if given all the information will understand the importance of not skipping these steps and see the broader picture.

I have used Jared’s company for two large remodel projects. Both projects improved the value of my home and our overall enjoyment of the space. Jared does not cut corners on details. We made a few changes mid project that he happily accommodated. He treated both projects as they were improvements in his own home. His team is trustworthy and easy to have in our home. Miracle workers! Took our 18 month old deck that we got scammed on that was structurally a disaster and made our vision come true. Jared and his team were able to translate what I wanted into a masterpiece. Very reasonable priced, punctual, cleaned up daily, fixed the mistakes from The other guy and deck is now within codes. HIGHLY recommend them for your project.
