The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers a loan program for rural borrowers who meet certain income requirements. This type of mortgage loan is offered to "rural residents who have a steady, low or modest income, and yet are unable to obtain adequate housing through conventional financing."

Stay away from this place. I'm a first time buyer who got screwed. Now almost 1 year after and knowing more about the industry, I got ripped major!!!! I took word from my realtor ( realty concepts - guess what?? They're sister companies) almost 7k origination fee. Damn!!!! On top of making me pay more points. History shows that when I purchased my house it was for sure under 3% ( a friend got 2.6 with no fees ) I got hit over 3%. First time homeowner mistakes that I won't make again. I'm willing to pay a little extra for service but not the outrageous amount they're charging

Lending Concepts did an AMAZING job handling my VA loan. Paige is wonderful. Every step of the process was clearly explained and expertly handled. They had my VA loan ready to go in 3 weeks from the date I applied ... that includes the VA approval of the appraisal and everything. I absolutely give them my highest recommendation possible!
