CDE Collision Centers opened their first auto body repair location in the West Suburbs of Chicago when they opened this facility in Addison. This location was the third collision center CDE acquired in 2012. The Grand Opening for this location was in September of 2012. This facility focuses on quality repairs and top of the line customer service.

My 2019 Chevy Trax was involved in a small but extensive fire caused by another vehicle. Given many options on who to take care of the repairs, my insurance company suggested C.D.E.. After doing some research I am glad I took it to them. The repairs were done really quickly, I was kept informed via text on the progress of my vehicle. I have nothing but high praise for the professionalism and courtesy that C.D.E. in Portage provided. I will recommend them to anyone looking for repairs done right. And the office manager was friendly and attentive to all my questions.

Great service! The people were so nice! They really worked with me on the pick up and understood my situation. They are efficient. My car was done way faster than they estimated which is always good and they had an opening and called me if I wanted to push up my appointment (it was by a whole month!) which is awesome of them to stick with their waitlist since I wanted them to call me if something sooner came up. I would recommend!

This is the second time I have used this collision repair shop. This time my Chevy Spark tangled with a large deer. I thought my car was totaled but they worked their magic, completing it early and my car is like new. I will always recommend this place.

THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! Not only did CDE collision fix the back end of my car, they went above and beyond to show me that the hood of my car had been re painted and improperly sealed, which I was unaware of when it was sold to me 8 months ago by Mike Anderson Chevrolet dealership. Great service!! Very professional and updated me the entire time on where my car was in the repair process. They went over, in detail, what they would fix, and it came out better than I imagined! The repairs were even done before the estimated date. I also love that the parts are under warranty. They were extremely nice, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get car repairs done!!

I wouldn’t say my concerns were addressed…
The front bumper and driver quarter panel was replaced.
Frankly this whole thing has been a headache
I was transparent from the beginning to get everything right and take your time and it’s been nothing but frustration. after delivery first time I found multiple issues with trim being broken and or chewed up of which some I had to take care of myself because they didn’t find it the first time with the vehicle , gap lines were different all over the vehicle. That of which was addressed after the second time!
The paint on the other hand was taken

I was recommended to CDE by Tinley Park Auto Repair down the street. Obviously, it's never fun having to get work done on your car, but the experience I had at CDE was really great. My service manager Bob was extremely responsive to emails and did everything he could to give me all of my options. On the day that I went in to get work done, Bob was able to get me in and out within an hour and even washed my car (it was much needed and very appreciated)! I would highly recommend CDE and Bob especially if you need any work done.

My Benz dealership recommended C.D.E. when my car got into an auto accident. Unfortunately, I've had two more occurrences since that first one and C.D.E. took care of me each time. Not only do they obviously have gifted mechanics, they are professional, do great work & communicate extremely well! My service manager, Glen Hines, personally made sure that my wishes were respected when dealing with the insurance companies and that my car was restored flawlessly each time.
