OMGosh I was in a panic when I called PestLock. I had a rodent or some small animal in the wall of my home scratching on the wall. I called Pestlock and Shannon was so nice, helpful and just very caring to my situation. I recently switched over to PestLock for two reasons: service and because we have animals. Service with Scott Sneer (President) is top notch. He also explained that we don't have to use extremely toxic chemicals to keep bugs out. This was important to us as our dogs licks the concrete outside our back door (strange I know) but we were concerned she was ingesting things that might cause her harm. Matt, our service technician was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend PestLock!
