We have a strong team to provide for your physical, occupational, and speech therapy needs and utilize every avenue to get you or your loved one home. Our staff is very committed to communication between nursing, therapy & our residents/families.
Eden Springs offers short term rehab following a surgery or illness. We accept Medicare, Capital Health Plan, United Healthcare and WellCare. We will also accept Humana, Aetna and Blue Cross & Blue Shield if out of network benefits are available. If you or your loved one is hospitalized, let your discharge planner know you would like a referral sent to our facility for review.

Everyone was amazing especially one of the veterans there Evilin Chars she was an amazing old lady and when im around her I feel like my whole world revolves around her if I could go back i would in a.heart beat and love this establishment so much I want to work there for free so I want to volunteer there

Eden springs is a horrible unprofessional facility they keep residents bed bound all day taking away the little dependence they have residents hav sores from staying in there urine all day not being changed as regular as they should i would never plax anyone under their care there nurses are liars and have nonchalant attitudes
