Dr. Friedman and his Techs are wonderful. However, my family and I will no longer return due to his rude front office staff and billing. If you have more than one insurance don't bother coming to this dentistry. Apparently it's not their job to contact the insurance companies to collect their fees. Also, if you don't pay the bill and have insurance reimburse you then they will threaten to send you to collections. I've been going here for at least 6 years and it's been an issue every time. However this last time I felt that they were more worried about getting their money then truly caring for their

I can't share enough how amazing Dr. Friedman and his staff are. They go above and beyond to help their patients. I have a friend who I referred his family to the office. My friend was notified that he is losing his job in a week and thus losing his benefits. His daughter went in for an exam as she was having pain. He was told she would most likely have to have a root canal. Since he was losing his benefits, we shared that with them and they moved another appointment around just help him out so benefits would cover it. The same patient was told by another dentist that she would need 10 fillings

I was a patient of Dr. Friedman's for nine years before moving out of state. However, the experience and quality of care that I became accustomed to at Friedman Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is the benchmark that I've measured all dental clinics against since -- and most have fallen short. Whether dental emergencies, routine cleanings and dental surgery, I experienced all with Dr. Friedman and staff and the quality and professionalism was always top notch. Friedman Family Dentistry is a superb office. The staff are friendly and helpful. They listen to you and make sure to fully listen to your concerns. His office has up to date dental equipment.
I've moved from the area and tried 2 different dentist who claimed I had a mouthful of dentistry issues. Dr Friedman looked over the other dentist proposal and addressed every issue. As he so politely stated I have mature teeth, they are showing wear and tear, but they don't all need to be crowned. Some dental offices are pushing procedures to make a sale. Thankfully Dr Friedman does not follow that prodigal

By far the best dentist and supporting staff there is. Everyone is very nice and Dr Friedman never puts pressure on you to do something that isn't important. He is honest and lets you know exactly what your options are and lets you to decide. Plus you don't have to go to 3 different places to get things done because through my experiences he schedules you to get it done in one visit if possible

Dr. Friedman is the best dentist in the world! Yes I said it, World!!! I'm always boasting and bragging about "my dentist". State of the art equipment and facility. I had a crown created right in front of my eyes, within minutes, from one of his machines. Who does that! That was a couple of years back and I'm still in awe.
