Two things I’m not happy about is the receptionist telling me an hour before picking up my car that it has been detailed. When I got there it was not done. Also I had a small dent in the side of my car that was not included in the repairs but inquired about it and how much it would be to have it done. I never once given an okay to proceed in getting the dent repaired. When I went to pick up my car which another parties insurance covered they said I had to pay 125 for them removing the small dent on the side of my car, I told them how can they charge me for something I never authorized? The man

Wasn't there to buy a car, but BobO is a wonderful sales person. Stands up to its moto of The peoples choice.
