Thomas P. Dwyer is the Principal Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FinQlusion International, LLC. Mr. Dwyer has more than 24 years' experience at the intersection of international development and global financial services. He has extensive related experience in bridging the formal financial markets and financial services with clients in the developing and emerging markets in Africa, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe.
