They didn't win for me like they advertise they made more money from my car accident than I did! My so called lawyer Morgan was in maternity leave during most of case. Never spoke with her until the end of my case. Yet she was paid double of what I got from the settlement. Took me a while to write this review so tired of seeing commercials Pepper wins cause that's not true.

When I was rear ended last year, the insurance company was only going to give me a little over $2,000; not anywhere close to enough to cover all the chiropractors visits I was going to need. I went to parrish devaughn and they worked for over a year to get a decent settlement. Unfortunately they were only going to get me a little over $10,000, which after the chiropractors visits and bills, only left about $3,700. I was told by the attorney that they were going to waive their fee which they sometimes do. I signed the release forms releasing the insurance company and the other driver of any further

The commercials say their clients are in a better position after their settlement then they were before the wreck. My family is in a worse position then we were before a person not obeying traffic laws hit us causing our fairy new car to be totaled. We had managed to pay our 3 year old car off before the wreck and now we are back at square one having to pay out of our pocket for another vehicle. Therefore after the settlement we are still out alot of money and now in debt which we were not in debt prior to the wreck.

I wish I could give less than one star. If you need a personal injury lawyer do yourself a favor and choose Dan Davis dandavislaw.com. I have used both and Dan Davis was a far better law firm. Parrish DeVaughn treats you like just another check and don't really care about you, just as long as they get their money. I had Morgan as my attorney and Racquel as my case manager. Morgan seemed very inexperienced and I had to initiate over half of the communications. Then, when you voice your concerns with Pepper DeVaughn you are made to be the bad guy and they did nothing wrong. I would not recommend

Not at all like they claim, The lawyer that they assigned to my case had absolutely NO INTETEST in my case. Mr.Larry Finn never called me, rarely took my calls, left everything to his assistant. I saw Mr.Finn 1 time and spoke to him maybe 4 times. Not a good experience, I wish I had chosen a different firm.

Would rate 0 if I could. Involved in accident 7/2017 was rear-ended. Still don't have any idea what is going on. My case has been around their office a million times I'm sure. Haven't had the same attorney or contact person because there are a ton of folks that pass around the cases. Never even know who to ask for for information and no one ever calls back. Last straw today seeking mediation. Maybe they just talk to other attorneys. Going on two years with absolutely no resolution and yes..won judgement in court already. I'm beginning to suspect they keep avoiding to continue

My case was not the normal. The person who hit me was underinsured and in my stupidity I did not have uninsured motorist or med pay. I had almost 65K in doctor bill's. Thanks to Larry Finn and his persistence to help me with my case I did not have to pay the large amount of doctor bills. Without Larry Finn's knowledge and assistance we would not be able to report such an awesome outcome. When it was finished I also received a check. I count that as a BiG WIN!!!
