I placed an order with bounce house rental earlier this week for delivery today. When delivery was an hour late, my husband called to inquire about the status of our rental. Eventually he was informed that our rental had somehow not been entered into the system and the driver was too far away to to make our party timeframe, that he would only be able to deliver an hour past our start time. The woman I spoke to sounded like she did not care in the slightest that she was ruining our son’s 10th birthday party. I hate to post bad reviews on small businesses, but this was really extreme: They admitted

I got the Mega Obstacle Course, water slide, high striker mechanical bull, tent, tables and chairs for my girlfriend’s birthday and everyone loved it... perfect for kids or adults. Awesome party rental in Miami We have 2 kids and we rent from these guys several times a year. We love the ease of ordering and they always have new products to check out. Bounce House Rental contributed immensely to the success of our party. The kids loved the bouncy house and mechanical bull which made all the parents very happy. Their drivers arrived early for set up the tent, tables, and chairs and were nothing short of gracious and accommodating.

I loved working with this company. Bounce house rental provide our water slide rental and dunk tank rental for our 4th ok July party. Even the adults went on the slide and the dunk tank was so much fun. The price was great compared with other companies we get quoted on. They sound reliable and after reading their reviews and social media decided to go with them and we were not disappointed. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for fun party rentals.

Everything was perfect! I will highly recommend your party rental company to my friends and we will have you back in January for our daughters party.
