Services
Fees are payable at the time of service. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am also a participating provider for Cigna, Aetna, and Optima networks. For most other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider.
Although I do not currently bill to insurance for out-of-network services, I can provide you with a "superbill" that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for these services.If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
