Services
Often times patients may experience pain in one area of the body, but the source of the problem may be from another. It is common to see things like neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel, and many other complaints come from places other than where you feel pain. Imagine, for example, a house having foundation issues.
At this point, we will ask you if there is any insurance so that we can do a complimentary benefits check. After completing the initial paperwork, we will give you a tour of the office to help you feel comfortable with where everything is located. One of our staff members will then go over your symptoms and concerns during your initial consultation.
At Ahava Chiropractic, we believe that we are here for a bigger purpose than just existing. We want to spread Love (aka Ahava) to those in need. This means giving back. We want to dig our roots into the Upland and San Bernardino community and help raise awareness to noble causes. This can mean actions as small as donating used coats and shoes to the homeless to raising school supplies for kids.
In fact, in 2016, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimated that 20% of US adults suffered from chronic pain. I can remember a patient suffering from pain for so long that her doctor told her "You know, I think this pain might just all be in your head." Now, granted, there are patients who malinger regarding their pain, but she was in legitimate discomfort.
It can happen to anyone. In fact, the National Institute of Health notes that 80 percent of adults will experience back pain at some point in their life. We have seen patients crawl into our office after sneezing. Many have experienced back pain because they bent over to tie their shoes. It is often times not the major traumas that lead to back pain, but the accumulation of microtraumas that cause damage.

I am a young volleyball player and I get banged up pretty easy diving for balls. I came to Dr.Robert looking for relief and I have gotten so much relief. He is always looking out for the best possible treatment for me and I love that about him. I have struggled with sciatica for several years now. My wife started seeing Dr Robert and raved about the results she was getting. I was reluctant to start but I am so glad that I did. After several visits, i started feeling like myself again. Sitting for long periods of time was no longer an issue. Dr. Robert and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a car accident about a year ago and the pain in my lower back never got any better. I came to Ahava Chiropractic about two weeks ago and I can't tell you how amazing this place is. For starters you get greeted by the most wonderful and friendly staff. Then you see Doctor Robert and he is such a god send. When I first came I was not sleeping, couldn't walk very long, and in the worst pain I have ever been in. After being adjusted my sleep went from 4 hours of sleep to 10 just in my first adjustment. Just wanted to say "Thanks to Dr. Robert and his team at AHAVA". I started services almost a month ago. Neck pain, with daily headaches each morning, and lower back pain. Kaiser wants to just give me medicine which does help but does not help fix the problem. Since I started care, I have not had any headaches, back aches and feel great. AMAZING. Finding Ahava Chiropractic has been a life saver. I had suffered a lot of back and hip pain before starting this journey. Dr.Robert is super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what was going on with my dads body by providing evidence, and not just spewing facts that I would just blindly agree with. He is patient to explain what each machine does and what he's about to do to you.

My experience here has been wonderful. The doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes time to listen to your questions and explains things in an understandable way. I had neck pain and poor posture. My pain has significantly decreased. I couldn’t sit up straight for more than 30 seconds without pain and now I can sit straight for a long time with no problem. I was not looking for a quick fix, I wanted lasting results and this is what I’m experiencing so far with the care I’ve received at Ahava. They also have one of the best office staffs I’ve ever experienced. They are very friendly

I've been searching for relief from my neck and back pain for almost 30 years. Sick of pain killers and no relief, I went to Ahava. Wow! I wish I had found this place about ten years ago. That's how long I've been suffering from back and neck pain. I've been out of doctors offices and seen so many chiropractors. No one had answers and even one doctor told me I had to just deal with it. I remember the first day I left Ahava I was emotional because I finally found out that it wasn't all in my head. We found the problem and Doctor Robert has been super helpful with questions I have. I feel better than when I went in a couple months ago. Also everyone is always so welcoming in the front office.

Ahava chiropractic is truly a life saver for me! Dr. Robert has relieved my sciatica/ pregnancy back pain. He is so knowledgeable and knows just how to adjust pregnant women. So almost a year ago I had to stop working due to severe lower back pain. At first I thought I had pulled a muscle or something. After about 6 months the pain never went away or got any better so I started to worry. Never had I herd of a chiropractor or getting adjusted so one day my wife came across one of Dr Rosas videos on FB. I came here for sciatica problems about two months ago, couldn't walk, couldn't stand the pain, and as of today I'm doing very well. They've suggested spine surgery, but I'm doing everything I can humanly possible not to have another surgery. And Dr. process is making that possible. Dr. Rosas you are awesome ! He would take his time and take the X-ray necessary to proceed with the proper treatment to heal your injury(ies). He would as well treat you not as a patient but more like a friend. I definitely recommend Dr. Rosas.

There's not enough words that can describe my overall experience with this Chiropractic service and staff, but what I will mention is that the staff and doctor are AMAZING at what they do! Okay! So I'm really weird about who does what to my body because some people can definitely ruin it.
But let me tell you, AHAVA IS A GODSEND! They are literally the nicest chiropractic clinic that I have ever been to. Dr. Robert is so knowledgeable and personable it almost feels like I'm being adjusted by a long-time friend!
