These guys are great! I have used several appraisal companies from being in the Real Estate industry for years, and I can tell you they are not all created equal. We were under the gun for an appraisal for a private sale in the area and a colleague recommended them. They made it a priority and didn't even charge extra for the rush. Can't recommend them enough.

My family and I recently had SF Bay Appraisal our to appraise my grandparents house after my grandmother passed away. Of coarse it's this sort of thing is filled with lots of heavy hearts and emotion. The appraiser that came out was so professional and genuine in this regard. He was so interested in the history of the house and our family, it's just so refreshing to have someone who understands our pain and circumstances and who genuinely cares. Fyi we where given a referral to SF Bay and we now see why.

We had Mario appraise our family home in Walnut Creek a few weeks ago. Being out of the area and locating a good appraiser proved to be a little difficult until we ran across Mario and his company. I must have called around 10 appraisers and the results where a little scary. Some didn't answer, others appeared to be incompetent and the rest sounded like they should have retired about 15 years ago. After speaking with Mario and his great staff on the phone I was excited to finally locate a company that I could feel confident in their expertise. Through out the entire process they were professional

Mario recently cam out to our horse property in Moraga. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews for anyone but I rarely come across someone like Mario especially his age range. I was raised with old time values and appreciate others who have similar. Mario might be a young man but his values run deep and you can tell he was raised old fashioned. His word is strong and his work ethic and great attitude are supreme. Couldn't recommend this guy any more.

Mario and his company just finished up 3 appraisals for my family and they did an excellent job. This is not the first time having an appraisal completed however it is the only enjoyable time. They did a excellent job throughout the entire process. Very fast and responsive, easy communication, nice and professional. Mario is a great conversationalist like myself so I enjoyed that aspect as well. Couldn't recommend Mario any higher.

I do not live in the area and was wondering how to go about finding a reputable appraiser to appraise the homes of my late father. I was very impressed with SF Bay Appraisals yelp page and found that they had top ranking on google as well.
Now the process is over and the proof is in the pudding...Mario and his team where awesome. From start to finish everything I was looking for and then some. I was referred to an awesome realtor through Mario and he even took the time to give me rehab tips on all of the properties. I would say money absolutely well spent!

SF Bay Appraisal just finished up a few appraisals that where for our family's estate. From the beginning the process was great. They answered the phones, respond to email, are polite and courteous and obviously very experienced with this sort of thing. I've had some horrible experiences in the past with not so courteous appraisers who are egotistical etc and experience with Mario was the polar opposite. It is very apparent that Mario has high standards in everything that he does and his professionalism and customer experience are definitely a reflection of that. A+ 5 stars!

We recently had Mario out to my mothers house to appraise her estate. Mario did a great job navigating the emotions of all of the siblings involved. He spent a great deal of time explaining all the details and walking us all through the process. I don't think I would have been as patient if I where in his position. Thanks again Mario! Great work!

I usually do not write reviews however I feel compelled due to the stellar service I have received from Mario and staff. Having recently lost my mother I was in a rather touchy mood and was not really looking forward to having someone out at her home poking around. After first talking with Gina and hearing about their experience level in this department I was becoming relaxed. A few days later Mario showed up and was the most personable appraiser I had ever met. He made the process painless and actually highly enjoyable. Both Mario and Gina made it a point to tell me "sorry for you loss" before

I've been a mortgage banker for 10 years and SF Bay Appraisal is absolutely top notch.
