I did a work pick up with them, I was never advised that they will be doing another pick up.
The driver is a male and he picked another drunk male up. Not only was I uncomfortable, I was also late. Customer service was very poor when I complained about the matter to the dispatcher.

A driver, who identified himself as Rich, came
speeding past me as I was working as a security
officer at my job at one of the resorts here. He
came in on the wrong side of the street, and was
going well over 30 mph in a posted 7 mph area. I
called the company to report him as we have small
children and other pedestrians frequently walking
about the property. This driver was putting lives in
danger with his driving! Another security officer
made contact with this driver. Letting him know we
would not tolerate him driving like this on property.
It was reported to me this taxi driver was

Just finished a wonderful weekend in Rosemary Beach with my daughter!! Beach boys were fantastic!! The Panama City Airport is small and about 25 miles from the Rosemary /Alyse Beach Area. They were the only taxi service around on Thursday evening at 11:00pm!! Great personable driver named Jamie!! He ended up bringing a number of us to our destinations at 11:30! We needed to be picked up at 3:45am Monday morning and Kayla arrived at 3:35 am to take us to the airport!! She was also so personable and made the anxiety of worrying about being on time non existent!! Shout out to Beach Boys!! Awesome

If I could give 0 stars I would... they Lie!!! Was told someone showed at 11:30.. they were not here... I know this because we sat outside waiting for an hour waiting on them. Was told white Expedition was in my driveway. NOPE. They said they called, left voicemail, NOPE!! They couldnt tell me the color of my house or the type of house I live in.The phone operator lied. The driver lied!! Will never use this company again!! Was a constant customer.. NEVER AGAIN

Do not use them for transportation! Our driver arrived 30 minutes late almost causing us to miss our flight and offered no explanation or discount. She also never attempted to call us to let us know she would be late. Then, once we actually got moving she went completely the wrong way, ignoring the directions from her phone. I was riding with two of my friends, we’re women in our 20s and we were truly terrified we were being abducted. An elderly person left her phone in their taxi and when called they refused to bring the phone back when told that their service was no longer needed and the taxi needed to be canceled they got angry and said, we would need to tell the driver when he showed and was angrily hung up on

The original shuttle that picked us up from panama beach airport had no air conditioning. Driver Kenny G was very nice but it was a an extremely long hot drive. The following day I set up a shuttle to go to crab Island to be picked up at 11 AM. 11 AM comes no driver called the company they had it in for 11 PM. Then to top it all off after my third phone call from the company which they did refund my money. My name is Maggi and the gentleman called me sir. Who I would not recommend these people.

I just called to get information and see how much it would be to p/u my family at the airport and take us to our resort and the guy on the phone immediately demanded payment prior to any booking ($90 for 20 miles) which I have no problem paying - service is our #1 priority which he did not have. Not… friendly nor, did he ask how many people where in our party just went straight to asking for payment. I brought this up to his attention and he stated he did not like my tone and hung up, after I mentioned he is not the only company that can provide

No I would not recommend we thought we could shuttle our boys around where we would not have to get out and drive and one day no issues at all perfect the next time we needed them I got yelled at and said I’m asking them to break the law that they cannot pick up 15-year-old I said well you sure did two days ago no we did not we do not break the law! We requested taxi and were going 17 miles. Charged $90 for 6 people in an older model suburban that smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointed that we were not informed before we got in the car. Once we arrived at the location and were told the price, the driver even noted that we should have been informed before hand. We paid the fair but used Uber to go home for $47.
