Our granddaughter was flying back to Columbia for school and arrive late in the evening. I contacted Concierge and talked to Stan to arrange for a pickup at the airport. He was right on time for the flight, went inside to meet her and when they got to the University he waited until she got inside. The granddaughter said that Stan was very friendly and courteous. Stan was also excellent in getting back to me by text as to how the pickup was going which put my mind at ease. John
