Mountain House Estate is located seven miles west of Cloverdale on Hwy 128, heading towards the coast. We advise that you use "Mountain House Estate" for your GPS search rather than a street address. Some mapping programs are incorrect and we want you and your guests to arrive at our wedding venue without difficulty.

I cannot say enough good things about Mountain House Estate... if you're considering having your wedding here, do it!! This venue spectacular, feels remote, and has tons of different areas for the various parts of your event. John and Lane put so much care and love into their property, and it really shows - our guests kept commenting on how much they loved it. Throughout the whole planning process, Lane was incredibly responsive and flexible, and we couldn't be happier with how our event went off.

We had our wedding here in November and it was just magical! I love that this venue is just that - a wedding venue. They have anything and everything you need to have a beautiful wedding. From the rooms to get ready in, the BEAUTIFUL bar and ballroom, and the multiple outdoor spaces, it would be impossible not to have an amazing wedding here.

Mountain House is truly the most incredible wedding venue filled with beautiful views, magical spaces, and loving owners, Lane and John, who have thought of EVERYTHING to make your day special. We fell in love with Mountain House the moment we stepped out of the car for our site visit and were reassured we made the right decision on our wedding day this October. Rain ended up engulfing the area the weekend of our wedding and with rain all day and night the day before, we thought our dream of getting married up at the Oak Tree Terrace would definitely be off the table. Lane is so wonderful!! She was warm, inviting, knowledgeable and so much more! She spent over an hour showing us around the property- really taking the time to give my fiancé and I the opportunity to visualize our special day there. The Bridal Ready Room (The Oasis) and the Grooms Suite (The Hangout) had just the most amazing touches!!! Lane and John have thought of just about everything to make your day extra perfect- from perfect photo ops to a seamless transition from ceremony to party time!

Great venue. Beautiful setting. Unbelievable amount of beautiful settings for photos. Throughout the entire property you can tell it is painstakingly and beautifully maintained by the owners, and the owners are constantly updating and improving. Lastly above all, John and Lane are great hosts who go above and beyond to make sure their property fits your events needs. Can't say enough good things!

The Venue Vixens toured this venue and were blown away! We follow owners John and Lane of Mountain House Estate on social media and are continued to be blown away and very impressed by the many improvements (if that was even possible!) to the venue. The grounds are gorgeous, the photo opportunities are endless, the attention to detail is evident. We personally loved-loved the custom made bar inside the estate house. Incredible! If you're looking for a private estate venue, nestled in the rolling foothills with acres of privacy, this venue is perfect for you!

The owners are awesome friendly and very helpful. They're always adding to the venue to make it a exemplary experience for their guests. Each time I go there they've added something new to make it even more unique and beautiful. Love it!

The most beautiful venue in the area! Love all the different parts to this private estate. Pond, huge lawn, outdoor dance floor, barn, indoor bar, swing, awesome oak tree ceremony site with a cute little shed up top, beautiful garden, gorgeous bridal suite, and awesome groom suite, just to name a few of the things Mountain House Estate has to offer. I love this venue and highly recommend to all couples!
