Pretty poor service. They mis-sorted my parcel, lost it for a couple days, then when it finally got to the local depot on a Saturday refused to deliver as original service was not a Saturday service. Why one would purchase Saturday delivery when sending a package on overnight delivery in the middle of the week??? This company has no idea about customer service. Would avoid from now on.

A swift drive nearly knocked my daughter and I over. When I complained about his driving he called us a pair of fu*king Cu*ts. I phoned up swift to complain about the behavior of the driver to head office. The reception took a message and number but they never called me back. These are awful people. The drivers are rude and threatening. I would avoid at all costs.

This place is a joke. No card through my door to tell me that I'd missed a delivery, went to the office and they couldn't find my parcel. Asked them to phone me when they had found it, no phone call received. Rang again to check, they confirmed they'd now found the parcel, I asked them to keep hold of it and I would collect. Returned 2 days later to collect and they had sent it back to the sender. I would avoid using Swift at all costs, seems a very unprofessional outfit.

I arranged a re-delivery after missing a parcel. I requested it to be left in a safe place. They refused to do so unless the sender makes this arrangement. I asked the sender to make this request which they did. The next day I had no parcel and no note to say I missed it? I called them to find out they had attempted delivery and taken it back to the depot despite having notes as requested to leave it in a safe place! I had to go out of my way through rush hour traffic to get my parcel out of hours from packers/loaders who knew nothing about it.

Awful company. Lost a parcel I wanted delivering and are taking me to court to pay for it??!! They won't reimburse my loss. Use at your own risk!!

Time and again this company have delivered a great service to us, when using the same day courier service. We are kept up to date with progress of the delivery, which when dealing with medical items for surgery is key.

The company I work for has used Swift for years because they cannot be beaten on price. However they can be beaten on service. Packages crushed, stolen or lost - You contact their team who either dont get back to you or they start then ignore you. Worst I have ever seen.

This courier company do not deliver, apart from back to sender!!
They say they have left a card, when they have not (were in all day) and after one attempt of supposedly carding they return goods to sender, customer service say this is normal practice to only attempt once. Every other courier that I have had dealings with either attempt 3 times or ACTUALLY leave a card!
I would not recommend using them.
Pay a bit more to actually get your goods delivered.

Until recently I had no axe to grind with Swift but since they delivered 2 parcels to the wrong address (despite my customer pointing out that the he was being asked to sign for a parcel that was clearly marked for another address & being told by the driver that it was definitely for him) and then being told that there would be nobody to investigate the matter for a week as all the decision makers were all on holiday, I became very nervous. I soldiered on however and arranged a collection yesterday which wasn't collected despite being promised that it would. I've tried phoning this morning to find
