I unfortunately made the mistake of choosing we kitchens 5 years ago for our new kitchen cabinets. We wanted cabinet doors that were easy to clean. Took the technicians 3 full days. Other than a handle on the wrong side of 1 cabinet and 2 piece panels next to the fridge, because they were to short to begin with, we were happy it was done! 5 years later, we tore down some walls and wanted an island. I made the worst mistake to go with this company for cabinet refacing. It took them forever to get me an appointment and when the day came three months later, eight people showed up and didn’t finish the work. They left the drainage pipes undone and refused to put them together claiming that they don’t touch the plumbing. They also refused to put back the bathroom mirror after taking it down. These people should not be allowed to do business anywhere. If you call for answers they give you the run around and sheer rudeness. I appeal to the BBB or whoever to investigate this outfit and de register

We previously hired this establishment to reface our kitchen cabinets. They were all custom made and installed, and they finished them fabulously. Looked great. Now, having a larger family we’ve added cabinets and had them come out to help reface more... 1. We were told they couldn’t even find our previous order?? So they couldn’t look up what we had done or how to match it, much less our warranty. In addition, we felt as If there was 0 respect for the fact that we’d already given this company our business. During our current landscape businesses have altered their way of making initial contact with potential customers via email in order to avoid an excess amount of people inside, hence maintaining social distancing guidelines. We decided to reface our 46 year-old cabinets. We try to support our local businesses whenever possible so we decided to have WE Kitchens come out and give us a quote.

What a wonderful experience working with WE Kitchens! I was expecting refacing to be a painful long process, but I could not have gotten it more wrong. First and foremost, the product is simply amazing! I am still in awe of the quality of the refacing material. I went with the synthetic product called "thermafoil" vs real wood. Not only is it less expensive, it is in my personal opinion much nicer looking. I joined my mother-in-law for her appointment and we worked with Kayla. She killed the sale, but not in the good way. Her uninterested attitude alone was shocking, since we decided to come out to the store in a time when local business is struggling.
She showed us the options but it didn't feel style-based, simply product specs and the cost.
We wrapped quickly, deciding to just leave with some samples of what we may be interested in.
She grabbed a copy of our paperwork, said thanks as she turned and walked away without seeing us out or wishing us a good day.

My 81 yr old father ordered new cabinets and counter top. I do not recommend as the cabinets do look good they are laminate covered. They removed his Granite counter tops and replaced it with laminate covered counter tops. They mis- measured told my father to buy a smaller kitchen sink. Once he complained they did change the cabinet to the correct size. When they tore out the granite counter top they tore big holes in the sheet rock which the workers said it was not their responsiblity to fix. He had to hire a contractor to fix the walls and tile to cover the damage.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. We worked with Nadine and she was able to give us the cabinets we wanted at the price we needed. We did take advantage of their semi annual sale. There was a hiccup after installation, it turns out the installers measured wrong and because of hay caused an issue when our dishwasher opened. However, we informed them of the issue and they fixed it and now everything is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new kitchen cabinets. Thanks WE Kitchens our kitchen is beautiful!

We spent over 14k to have our kitchen refaced 4 years ago. We recently moved our refrigerator to the other side of our counter to find they did not reface the cabinet end next to it. I called to ask why?? I spoke to a woman named Kathy who was incredibly rude and was told "we don't do that, we don't move appliances". Had I been told they did not slide the fridge over to finish the job I paid a lot of money for, I would have moved it myself. I read my contract thoroughly, no disclosure there either.

Horrible customer service. After waiting months for my appointment to come, they did not bring enough material so my kitchen is not finished. I was told to call and schedule another appointment and I am being told that I am going to have to wait another month for them to come finish what they did not finish. Rather than working with me and trying to get it completed as soon as possible, the only thing they could offer was an apology.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The "designer" Kathy is horrible. She misled me about the size of the cabinets and expected me to figure out the dimensions of cabinets that would fit my space myself. I told her repeatedly what I wanted but she ignored me and ordered something else without checking with me first. Absolutely awful!!!

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced last year and they did an excellent job! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I know our experience was such that I can give them 5 stars! They showed up on time to measure out the kitchen cabinets and drawers. We set up an appointment to choose the cabinets and hardware. Their bid came in way under their competitors. The installers were experienced and very friendly. They turned our old outdated kitchen into a top of the line one!

You never fixed all problems. The wood piece next to the dishwasher is not straight. It was not caught by Lowes when they installed the countertops. It was found by the appliance installer. Now I have a dishwasher where it is not set straight and so it is hard to open the door. How do you ever fix this isssue? Remove counters? Remove the wall?
That one issue has made a kitchen that does not function. Don't ever try to tell me you fixed all issues. This was just one of the many issues that were done, just shoddy work all the way around.

They definitely do not understand customer service!! I was told repeatedly by the receptionist that their hours are 9-5 Monday thru Friday and they do not work on the weekends when I asked if they could accommodate my work schedule to install my garage slat wall. I was able to meet them at 3pm or after, BUT, they don't schedule any installs after 1pm. The only option they offered to me was to cancel my order - unless I wanted to skip work to meet them. Must be nice to have so much business you can turn it away. Oh, and the owner was way too busy to talk to me about it. First and last time
