This place is amazing!!
Going to the dentist has always been a horrible experience for me. My anxiety goes threw the roof just knowing that I have an appointment, but Dr Huff and his entire staff really know how to relax you. They have a very gentle touch and explain everything they dot their “I”s and cross their “t”s This place has a “homie” feeling you can tell they really love doing what they do and they take the time to know the patient. Thank you guys for making it an awesome experience this is my forever dentist now..:)

I was in so so much excruciating pain with my tooth for so long, due to not trusting dentist after a bad experience years ago, I have neglected my teeth. You are an amazing and caring Dentist, you made sure I was at ease and took such very good care of me today, You made sure I was out of pain.. I will always return to you for all of my dental needs. Dr. Huff and his staff are amazing! He is amazing at what he does! They are efficient, thorough, patient and professional! I am in the process of having an implant in place of a bottom molar. I had lots of questions at time of consultation and his knowledge/ tenure of placing implants as well as the process of everything done in house made the choice easy. I recommend him to any and everyone! He is worth the drive!

I have many prior years experience in the dental field. Clinical and administrative. I was very skeptical choosing a new dentist when we moved to Kerrville. After spending some time time with Dr. Huff and his staff I can unequivocally give a strong recommendation for this practice. I really hate going to the dentist. Between feeling ashamed and feeling anxious about pain and money, I have not had a good experience in many years. That being said, I am feeling more comfortable at this office and feel really comfortable with the staff and dentist. They are kind and nonjudgmental. The dentist works with me to prioritize the treatment plans based on what I can pay. This helps relieve a lot of stress for me around that.

I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist to get a filling. Getting my Teeth clean no problem. I go religiously every 6 months. But something about the sound of the drill the shots that have to be put in my gums and the uneven feeling in my mouth when its done. I absolutely Hate going to the dentist for a filling! To my surprise... the shot wasn't so bad Dr Huff was so gentle and kind and the best part I have no uneven feeling!!! I appreciate the team at Precision... you really do feel like family.

I went in to get work done over a year ago and everyone was nice but we paid way over the amount that it would have originally cost if I went to another dentist. I got my wisdom teeth removed and some other work done and even after over a year of getting these things done, I’m having major problems with the work that they did. I was told that I may have more than one nerve in my tooth. When I went in for my check up, I pointed out that the tooth that they worked on over a year ago was bleeding really bad and it never stops bleeding and I was told that it may have another nerve in it that they

This is a great dentist to use. I had a dental emergency and was in a ton of pain. I didn't have an appt and they were rather busy, but still made time to squeeze me in. The dentist was very gentle and made the experience smooth and as pain free as possible.
All the staff were polite and accommodating and the assistant Mariah was very helpful and kind.

I hate the dentist's office. This place was kind, quick, and tended to my anxiety. They actually had me write down my level of anxiety before I was ever treated so that they knew how to treat me. They were kind professional, and didn't tell me anything I didn't want to hear, but what I needed to hear. I will be going back and they were able to help me with my overwhelming anxiety.
The admin staff was very nice, professional and didn't make me seem like they were there for my money. They were there to genuinely help me, which I like because again, I am really uncomfortable

I have known Dr Huff and his team for 2 years now. They have all been fantastic with their knowledge and expertise, along with how well the team and Dr work together. They like to have fun, while being completely professional! I am a big believer in reading reviews prior to visiting an establishment and their Google reviews are full of rave reviews. I will state that the ONE negative comment here does NOT represent what I have seen in the numerous visits I've had with them. They truly live up to their name of Precision Dental!

I absolutely love Precision Dental Care. I went there for an urgent cracked tooth and was taken care of right away with a crown that they make right there on the premises. They are a full service dental facility and Dr. Huff will set up a plan for any future dental needs that you have. Absolutely the Best in town.

Dr.Matthew Huff is a fellow colleague and mentor to me, a Dentist. He has a vast amount of skills and expertise in many aspects of dentistry. However, his knowledge, drive me education, and experience in implantology, full-mouth rehab, and bone-grafting surpasses majority of Dentist. He is a implant diplomate, Kois graduate, and overall just a caring clinician. Highly recommend him to all that need dental care.

This place is a joke! Went there once and waited 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. Then Dr. Huff rushed through a check up after I asked to leave because I ran out of time. Of course full charge. Then they solicited me to set an appointment before the end of the year to "use my insurance". I had to cancel because of family coming in. They cancelled my appointment, but without telling me, charged me $50.00 for a cancellation. Obviously, I'll never return, and I'll actively prevent people from going to this place.

Dr. Huff is a smooth talker. Do not ever get veneers from him ever!!!!! He will grind your teeth down too far and he will deny everything. He accused a minor t-bone accident to be the cause of two root canals when I need I needed root canals BEFORE the car accident. I would not recommended this dentist to my dog. He has aggressively ground down all 6 of my teeth to the point that they hurt immensely.
