We used cliff and his team to have our floors repaired and to put down new lvp flooring as well as some dry wall and painting. they mentioned to us that there was more damage in the wall than expected and made it a priority to have that fixed as well which we appreciated very much. they work very hard and are really busy guys. floors came out great and the molding trim was perfect as well. my only concern was timing and thats only because of how busy they are but maybe in future could have a better flexible schedule. But not a huge issue at all. Glad we chose them and we will be using them again

We thought we were installing a new floor but we found water damage, mold, and mildew. I could not get anyone that could come quickly until I called Unlimited Home Services! I called on Friday and they came Saturday to replace my damaged subfloor. They returned on Monday to check on the work and to go the extra mile to finish an awesome repair job. I felt safe and respected and I was impressed by the quality of their work! Big or small job I know they will do excellent work!

Clifton Middleton and the staff at Unlimited Home Services. I had a new roof installed, my den remodeled and a place under my carport patched that had fallen due to water damage from my roof. The work was very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. The guys were very friendly. They worked at my convenience and It is greatly appreciated. I needed to two rooms drywalled, including a ceiling in one. I also needed a complete floor replaced, including all the floor joists. After receiving 4 estimates, I picked Unlimited Home Services, not only because of the bid, but the personal involvement of the crew. They were all down to earth individuals, while being professional at the same time. They brought a feeling of caring to what they do to the job. Not only did they do the job at hand, but identified and corrected previous defects, with no added cost to myself. I am very satisfied, and I would recommend these guys to any of my friends

Mr. Middleton did some wonderful work helping me completely re-do my home. From drywall to molding, carpet to wood flooring, painting to replacing doors.... all done with excellence. He was attentive to detail and the finished work. His clean up was very good also. I am very appreciative of his knowledge and skill of doing excellent work.
