It all began in 1984 when Lucille Bonanno opened Bon Anno Real Estate in a small storefront on Broadway in Massapaequa, New York. In 1995 Lucille looked to her two sons, Gary and Russ, along with Al Pantino to help take the company to its current level which is the leading Independent Real Estate company in Nassau County.

Terrible. Their agent Melissa was truly trying to milk every dime from us and never had our back during the deal. We had a potentially costly liability that was found on inspection and we needed the seller to cooperate with us to get it checked out. The seller gave us a hard time and when we wouldn't move forward with contract, Melissa did too. We felt gaslighted and frustrated by her lack of support. It got to a point that I didn't want to speak with her anymore because of her manipulative behavior. We ended up pulling from the deal.
