We’ve been in our home 18 months now. I have been extremely pleased with the whole process and with the home itself. We worked with Abby Fagin and she was amazing! I can still call her and she will address any questions/issues I have 18 months later-even though she should probably tell me to buzz off:). I have also been extremely pleased with the warranty department. They have been very responsive to any issue I had. They are patient in explaining things I don’t understand and helping me fix any items on my lists during walk throughs. During my 11 month walk through, I noted the sidewalk was

This was the worst homebuilding process I have ever experienced. This company has the absolute worst customer service. Once you move into your home you will get little to no response regarding issues big or small. They do not care about customers once they have closed on the home. Several of our inside doors will not open without yanking several times with both hands to the point our kids can’t open them, they agreed to to fix things that were wrong with the house prior to closing and have failed to do so by the contracted date. We moved in April and they aren’t laying sod until July, but haven’t

After speaking with sales representatives from Legacy, we decided on a plan that we loved. Next we found a half acre lot just west of Pioneers park. The sales rep was very excited we had found our lot, but then things went south. Because our lot was just outside Lincoln city limits, they refused to build our home. And that was it. End of story. Thanks Legacy Homes !

Please read all of these reviews. Educate yourself on this builder. We have had the absolute worst experience with Legacy. A few days after purchase a pipe in the basement burst. We understand accidents occur but Legacy offered no solutions so we had to involve our insurance company. After another week or so still nothing from the Legacy "No Warranty" Department. A week later they offerered us to sign over the insurance check and they would fix it. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS. Run as far and fast as you can from this home builder. Stay tuned for a website and pictures of what was exposed after

We decided to build a zero entry home for my sixteen-year-old wheelchair-bound son. We did a lot of shopping around before deciding who to build with. We were assured by our cells agent that this wouldn't be an issue. that Legacy has built zero entry homes before and they knew what they were doing. To say that there were a lot of issues during the building process would be a major understatement. We work continuously lied to by ourselves agent almost on a daily basis about things that we questioned. There were a lot of issues in the actual building and construction process that we came across that
