I have had some wonderful encounters with the entire crew at West Home Care with Dad’s oxygen needs. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions and know my Dad as a person and not just another drop off.
Dad has had some recent health scares and was staying at my home in Ashland and his machine was getting an error. They didn’t have a driver and they gave me some methods to test but we all felt it was the hose kinking. 30 minutes later Darnell pulled in the driveway of my home in Ashland offering to check out the machine. Sal is amazing at explaining in plain English every detail and step on how to operate the machine and how to clean and even the process with insurance refills and when to call and what to say etc. I highly recommend this place for any cpap needs. Friendly and clean environment as well.

I would like to say thank you for all the wonderful service I continue to receive from West Home Health Care, Inc.
I was dubious about changing companies several years ago because let's face it , most people will stick with what they know rather than trying something new.
I have been so thankful for the continued rapid responses on each instance that I have called. Yes, you do have to use a phone prompt but Thank God, there are actually people in each department to respond.
When the oxygen machine (concentrator) has issues, they respond.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. My disabled father has been led on for WEEKS by Karen about getting him a wheelchair. He has 2 full insurances. Week after week I have called for weeks now and been promised that they would return my call about ordering him one. Then supposedly the person that orders them is on vacation.. then for weeks one thing after another until today she tells me that they wont order one because he is a bariatric patient. I have never been so mad in my life!!! Couldnt you have just said this from the beginning!! RIDICULOUS!!

Joe Groux, ATP at West Home Health Care consistently provides excellent customer service. As a physical therapist in an inpatient hospital, I frequently rely on his ability to provide appropriate equipment to meet our unique patient needs, often on short notice. His insight is very helpful and he goes out of his way to make sure our patients' equipment needs are taken care of.

Good luck on getting C pap supplies. Waited and waited for mask cushions for over a month.... Finally found some on Amazon.. Horrendous customer service. Canceling my credit card, already filed a complaint with Blue Cross ....

This company does not assist patients with new equipment and it seems almost impossible to talk to anyone regarding reordering supplies. The technician did not explain the set up or the cleaning process. Customer service is very poor. Getting a person on the phone is impossible. I did not want to select even 1 star.
After contacting my doctor's office, Lisa called me and we resolved the problem. I was also contacted by another staff who apologized for the problems I am experiencing. I am grateful Lisa took care of me and I will see how it goes from this point. I am appreciative of the response

Worthless. Horrible customer service. Use another company. UPDATE 7 months later: I had to use this company as my doctor steered me right to them. I went in and they didn't do anything but waste my time. They didn't offer any suggestions on what might suit me best. I may as well ordered on line and saved an hour and a half of my day. After i made a selection, I was told I could exchange the product if it didn't work. When I tried to exchange it, I was then told they had been mistaken and I can't do that.
Now I have to wait 3 months before my insurance will exchange it and it seems like I will

I can’t believe they are still in business. They regularly lose orders that are sent to them from providers. They will not provide the letter of medical necessity that my insurance company has requested from them so that their claim can be paid. And now they are not sending my supplies because the claims keep getting denied—because they will not send the letter of medical necessity that my insurance company has requested from them—so that they can get paid. Terrible service, been waiting 3 weeks for Cpap supplies and cannot get anyone on the phone. Waited 3 weeks prior to that, only to be told the had no record of my order. I intend to report them to my doctor and insurance company - maybe if they get enough complaints the insurance company will drop them as a provider. Absolutely no excuse for any of it!
