Since ancient times, evaporative cooling has been used as an inexpensive and simple method of providing cooler air temperatures. Heat is absorbed whenever water is evaporated and converted to water vapor. Evaporative cooling is essentially adiabatic, following a constant wet bulb line, with no change in total heat.
Hastings HVAC has a full line of high efficiency industrial duct furnaces for indoor and outdoor installations. Power vented furnaces with a balanced flue design ensure complete combustion at all operating conditions. Hastings duct furnaces feature our patented airfoil shaped heat exchanger with horizontal radiation ribs and large free area between tubes to yield high heat transfer with a low-pressure drop.
Hastings HVAC is a certified applicator trained to apply Heresite coatings to a wide variety of HVAC equipment. From its bond strength and ability to perform in temperature extremes, Heresite protective coatings are also used to prevent corrosion of the HVAC unit (inside and outside surfaces). In applications subject to direct sunlight, we can also apply a UV protectant topcoat for extended product life.
