The guy who answered my call was very helpful. Within 15 minutes a driver called me. Said he had a vehicle on his truck but would be here in 20 minutes. He called me later just to tell me he was about a minute away. He loaded my vehicle and really knew what he was doing. Great service. Really great price. The rudest, nastiest, most unprofessional and down right shadey business and owners I have ever had to deal with in my life. They illegally towed my vehicle from a public street without following proper procedures regarding abandoned vehicles . My car had been taken without knowledge or consent and I was trying to get all information to have evidence in this legal matter. Diane was rude, short, and confrontational from the minute I walked in. She lied about several different questions I asked and was argumentative regarding whole issue. She refused to give me reports, or any help. They refused

Dishonest tow truck driver and business operation. Went against tariff and tried to charge over $800 dollars for a police impound. Tried to say the vehicle being towed was at such a steep incline and they had to use a second truck because the cables in the first truck was damaged! I have dash cam video from the sheriff’s department that proves they lied! It was a simple hookup and load job. Less than 10 minutes and only one truck was used with no damage to cables! If the local police agencies condone this type of business practice they are guilty as the tow company! Don’t worry I will be reporting

My mother's car broke down on 08/27/2014. We called Hooked Up and they sent someone right away. We were told it would be 45 minutes but Cody showed up in about 30. He was friendly and efficient. The car was on the truck in no time and on it's way to a mechanic of our choice. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
