Another LIE incident left me with a nice little crater in the windshield of my Bronco yesterday. I called Tom to see if he could give me an opinion on 'repair or replace'. Even though it was a busy Friday and I called at 9:30am, he was at my house that afternoon and spent 15min fixing it. Recommend Tom to anyone with autoglass needs.

After a recent wind storm had knocked a huge branch down through the front windshield of my 2013 Camry (the branch fell straight through the windshield and into the gaps in the steering wheel straight down to the floor!), I called Tom at LT Autoglass, having used him a few years ago (there was no listing for him on Yelp, then). Needless to say, there were a number of such incidents across Long Island, but, he said he'd try to work me in within a day or two. An hour later, he called to say that he could get the new glass and be there within the hour! I was ecstatic! 45 minutes later, he arrived
