I got locked out of my house this morning (of course it was pouring rain also!) and was referred to Jake. I called, left a message, he called back within minutes and he was at my house less than 30 mins later to successfully get me in WITHOUT having to drill out the lock. He was friendly, courteous and I can't say enough about how responsive and fast he was! Lifesaver :-)

Great guy. I have a vw Jetta 1.8t other lock Smith would not do my car. Henry's on york or kleepers. Called vw they didnt even wanna do it. So I found jake. Answer right away got me in and took care or me. I definitely will be going to him for all my car key needs.

Jake went above and beyond to help me with my complicated situation. I have a very old Mercedes ~ which most people are afraid of, but NOT JAKE! Originally, I lost my original key and locked my spare key fob in the car - which turned out to be bad & wouldn't start the car.
Jake was able get into the car, diagnose the issue(s), and program 2 new Key Fobs for me. I now keep his business card in my wallet!

I called Jake on a Sunday at 230 in the afternoon and he drove over an hr to my place to make me a new key for my truck. This was for a 2018 f250 with the push button start. He didn’t hesitate to come out and it’s now 5pm and I’m back to being able to use my truck. Jake is professional and very polite. I would suggest anyone needing any locksmith work to call Jake.

Very friendly guy. He made me a spare key and key fob for my Chevy equinox. He is very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and even a worker at the apple Chevy dealer recommended a locksmith because of being cheaper then the dealership and looked up locksmiths and saw him and called him for me to get a price and told me to go to him because of being cheaper to save me some money!

I was in Harrisburg PA and my rental car and I had a disaster...locked my keys in the car. Had an hour and a half to catch an early morning flight. I called every single locksmith in Harrisburg. No one would answer my call. I called Jake Bahn. He answered my call quickly and drive AN HOUR to get to me to help. He was kind..arrived earlier than he said he would..and I made my flight!!! He didnt even charge me an arm and a leg. A super reasonable price for a very long trip to save me. Thank you Jake for being there...for answering your phone at 5:30 in the morning..and for expert service
