I am privileged to work with a team of agents who, first and foremost, focus on the welfare of our clients. Living and working in the same small community has many benefits, least of which is expert knowledge of our valley and its land. These agents not only live where they work, many are valley grown with long roots in the community.

The Applegate River flows from the Siskiyou Mountains toward Ruch, then to Grants Pass where it feeds into the Rogue River. Maintained, paved roads follow the river and most of its tributaries all the way through wide fertile valleys and wooded areas. There are many parks and picnic spots by the wayside, inviting you to spend a leisurely day in the cool, clean air of the Applegate.
Jacksonville boasts a charming window into our frontier past with many buildings built in the 1800's. A nonprofit performing arts festival, the Britt Festivals are held in the Britt Gardens and Amphitheater in downtown Jacksonville. The Britt is considered one of the premier performing arts festivals in the Northwest and each year attracts high profile and local artists alike to perform in the natural beauty that surrounds the garden.
Located off the main Highway 238 of the Applegate Valley is the Williams Area. This small but active community, of approximately 1000, is a delightful find for anyone looking for a private nook amongst friends and local activities. Quaint irrigated farms surrounded by forested trails and mountain views, you'll fall in love with the unique tone of this area.

Evelyn Winningham was outstanding throughout our home search and purchase.
Evelyn is down-to-earth but extremely professional and knowledgeable. She acted with a sense of urgency on our offers and provided us with reliable third parties to do the home inspections. She gave insightful advice that comes from being in the realty business locally for many years. Evelyn was also fun to be around, adding humor and perspective to the various nuances of buying a house.
