Rick Piereck was not a good lawyer. I trusted him with my case and he did not deliver. He had a relationship with the opposing lawyer in my case and did not behave as though I had hired him. When I found a much better lawyer…one who believed in me, my case and fought for me, Rick did not return any portion of my money. He did nothing for me, for my case except take my money to the bank. The lawyer I hired to replace him was amazing though and so glad I hired her. Rick - no thank you.

Rick was very responsive to our needs. He helped us with several different types of court cases and negotiated a better than expected outcome. I own a small business and ran into an issue with a client refusing to pay for services rendered. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Rick. Initially I called Rick to discuss the problem, and he spent a great deal of time listening to my issue, and then discussing the best way to move forward, at the most affordable cost to me. Based on his excellent advice, I was actually able to resolve the conflict without retaining a lawyer. If you're searching for a honest attorney with knowledgeable mechanics of how the judicial system really works, Rick Piereck is the lawyer that I recommend.
