The service department is extremely incompetent. The service department, specifically Tony, will not return calls. The service department will take your money and never fix your vehicle. Because of their incompetence I was promised a refund and now no one in the service department will return a call. They do not follow an appointment schedule and also will not call to inform you if/when your car is ready. The customer service is very unprofessional. I would recommend going to any other Jeep dealer besides Decozen.

If you service your jeep there but did not buy your jeep at this particular dealership, they will treat you like a second class citizen. they will also push for service that is not required by jeep itself. they used to be good but have been getting worse and worse. I will never service my jeep there and Because of my treatment, I would never recommend or buy a jeep from this dealership.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before making a deal with this place. I put a deposit down on a used car on Wednesday. The salesman stated he was not in on Thursday so Friday I contacted him and said I would like to pick up Saturday. All of a sudden they weren’t doing deliveries Saturday for the holiday. Asked to come Friday evening got told they were too busy. So I said I would be there Tuesday morning. Drove 100 miles Tuesday morning to get a text not a phone call a text from them saying the vehicle was “accidentally” sold Friday after I

I wish I could give zero stars.
First it took WEEKS to get an appointment. I drop my car off at 8am. Service said they would call me in the afternoon. It was 3pm and I had heard nothing. I called them & had to leave a message. They called back at 5 minutes to 5pm to say they need more time to diagnose the car. I was confused as I told them what was wrong with the car when I made the appointment. Tony, the service man, changed his story to "they need more time to look into the problem". He then proceeded to give me an attitude that if I needed the car I can come pick it up.
