I am so thankful for Mega Party Events! Back in August I had booked a water slide through another company. I booked online days before my event and got confirmation emails and payment receipts. They were supposed to deliver Friday by 3:00 for my son's 13th birthday party that started at 6:00. When I hadn't heard from them by 3:15 I panicked and called the company. At first they thought the delivery was for Saturday and ended up giving me a song and dance that because of Covid they couldn't deliver that day. I freaked out with the party being less than 3 hours away and no water slide

First things first, CHIP was AMAZING from start to finish. I had reached out to six rental companies, & CHIP was the only one who had responded back with a quote. He gave me several options based on what I was looking for. When I saw how responsive he was, I had made up my mind and decided to stick with Mega Party Events. The rides and inflatables were exactly how he had described them, identical to the pictures. The setup crew had arrived earlier than expected, always a good thing. The employees who stayed to operate the equipment were very nice & social, they also had face masks and wiped down

Mega Party was used twice by our family for parties. Their service is great and timely! The tables and chairs were quite worn and needed replacement. Mega sent a coupon by email to use on a new booking. When we placed our order, the coupon (only 10%) was rejected because we were a former client! Seemed very petty from a loyalty concern. We ordered anyway.

We rented the bounce house with the slide for a 7yo bday party at a park. 30 kids in attendance and it was a hit. everything went well. i paid and booked early; about 3 mo in advance. the guys set up early and picked up right on time at 4hrs later. my party was only 3 hrs (kids party longer than this should be a crime), so 4hrs was perfect for me. they called us early too so we knew what was going on since we were not at the park during set up. really appreciate the service.

We just had our school carnival and Mega provided all of our tents, tables, chairs, bbq, games and bounce houses. They arrived on time, set everything up and had a supervisor on site for the entire event. Our sales rep, Chip, was a pleasure to work with. Everything was delivered as promised. Will definitely use them again.

By far the best service for canopy rentals! Our event required a last minute 20 X 30 canopy due to bad weather. I called 5 different companies through Google search before coming across Mega Party Events. So glad I did! Not one was able to assist on such short notice except for MPE. Mauricio in customer service could not have been more accommodating. The rental was reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company!

This company has outstanding customer service and professionalism. I am fully satisfied with my experience from the beginning planning stages up to my son's birthday event day. I contacted them with just having a theme in mind. After my initial meeting, the whole party had been coordinated down to the color of the linens. On the day of the birthday party, the delivery was done on time and the equipment looked spectacular and most importantly clean! Countless blessings to the staff for their willingness to assist me any which way they could. I recommend this company for their one-of-a kind

Terrible service. The slide could not be inflated for hours, the food cart was thrown in a corner and the kids running it couldn't set that up either. The company never called to apologize even after I had prepaid and in addition , didn't pick up their staff and equipment till midnight and my party was over at 5. Absolutely, the worst!

This company was horrible. They said they had to arrive 1/2 hr early to set up a tent and I had to pay for the extra 1/2 hr. They arrived and there was no tent. They sat around and didn't do anything for an hour instead of putting together the tables and chairs. When i finally told them to start getting the tables ready, One of the 2 kids tables I could not used because the leg was broken and the table was so wobbly a 3 year old could have moved it. When the tent finally arrived, they sent the wrong legs, so no tent. To add insult to injury, the 3 young guys that were supposed to be doing
