They really did a great job. On time, detail-oriented, professional and responsive communication. I scheduled it at a short notice before Christmas and they were able to deliver their promise. It's really money well spent. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

Diego did an incredible job cleaning up my car. Along with being a professional, he is honest, friendly and compassionate. My car had been stolen and found in horrible condition inside. I was a mess too when I called Elegant, in shock, unprepared, suspicious and very distressed. Diego took the time to listen and helped me feel comfortable about trusting him and worked with me making it easy to have my car towed there. Once it was there, it only got better. Fernando detailed my family's two vehicles yesterday and did an outstanding job. Both were very dirty to start with and hadn't been detailed in about two years. It took a while because of their starting condition and he worked hard from 9 until about 5. I'm very impressed!

It had been about two years since I'd done more than a quick vacuum inside my minivan, a vehicle that is part "mom van" and part "I wish I had a pick up truck". So it was pretty awful, and I wasn't sure anything could really help the carpets. Incredibly, Fernando made it look almost brand new! He worked on it for over 4.5 hours and I was so impressed with his work ethic and focus. The price is totally reasonable, so plan to tip generously! :)

We bought a used travel van a few months ago that came with some embedded odors from years of family and dog use. Elegant cleaned it all up beautifully and was able to knock out the odors with a couple of ozone treatments. Still smelling good several weeks later!

I'm truly impressed with everything about Elegant Auto Detailing. My daughters car had gotten moldy from a leaky seal and not being driven while she was visiting us out of state. Her roommates sent a photo of the disgusting mess. I called and spoke with Diego who got us right in on his next available day. He got all of the mold out and did the works on the rest of the car and it looks like new. Because we were out of town, he took the car personally to his home so it could be dried in his shop. Elegant Auto Detail was comparatively priced and the work was superior to any I've ever had done before.

A cooler full of crab and ice leaked into the back of my Ford Focus during a heat wave. Needless to say, it made the interior of my car smell like pure death. I tried everything .... enzyme spray, vinegar, charcoal, and nothing seemed to even remotely mitigate it. Elegant came to the rescue and the smell is now 100% gone! As a bonus they got rid of the nasty smell from my HVAC system ( a result of me neglecting to remove debris from the air intake under the hood ) and removed 5 years of coffee stains from the front seats. GREAT choice hiring Elegant Auto to detail my car! My car had been stolen for 2 months and when we got it back it was smellier and dirtier then I've ever seen a car be and Diego and his crew showed up AT my house, didn't even need to go anywhere! They only needed a couple hours and brought our car back to life. Got weird stains out and no more stolen car smell! Also best price around for the services they do. Plus Diego is a great guy to chat with! 10/10 would call them again to detail.

Though we had to cancel a few times due to bad weather (snow and ice), Diego and his team finally made it out and did a wonderful job detailing my Honda Fit's interior. They even gave me a discount because some of their cleaning supplies weren't working due to the freeze. Nevertheless, my car looks like new. Really great work!

Diego came by my house and worked on a 1974 convertible Corvette. The carpets, seats, and interior were in need of a serious cleaning. Wow, what an amazing job. I feel comfortable recommending these guys.
