Services
Since we are a licensed health care provider in the state of Michigan we are also able to accept most Health Savings Accounts. We will provide an itemized bill on request for flex spending account reimbursement, but will not bill flex spending accounts directly.
We will coordinate with auto insurance, but the patient is liable for any difference between Flat River Medical Massage fees for services and what the auto insurance company chooses to pay.Should you cancel your visit less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.

For your first massage session, plan on spending the first 5-15 minutes talking with the therapist about the medical issue. Have an idea of what hurts, where it hurts, when it hurts, and when it began. The therapist will also take a brief health history including current medications, allergies and surgeries.

Laura's a very caring provider. I was able to get a next day appt. When I came in I was in a great deal of discomfort. By the time I left I felt much better. Laura took great care to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend Flat River Medical Massage to any one whose hurting as well as people who just want to relax and be pampered.
