Landmarc Real Estate delivers expert community management services, which include a full range of personal, consistent and transparent accounting systems and practices. We specialize in the management of Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, Townhouse and Commercial Condominiums. In addition, we are experienced with communities under developer control and can assist with the transition to homeowner control.
Landmarc Real Estate provides our community association clients with responsive personal support, well-maintained properties, and an expanded sense of community. Our mission is to be available to our community associations at a moment's notice. We build effective relationships with them that are characterized by excellent rapport & trust.
Our flexibility as an independent company allows us to highly individualize our services to meet our clients' needs. This approach is what we call, "Professional, Personal, Above and Beyond." We have worked with numerous boards and helped their associations get on the right track. We have resolved issues such as high A/R, missing assessments applied and collected, low reserve funds, large deficits, and more.

We have been owners in Regency Park since 2004. Usually the quality of life diminishes over the years because of poor upkeep .
We are happy to say that Regency Park Villas are just the opposite .
