I needed new tires and Tirerack.com had the best deal. They set me up with In Motion to receive and install. Had an appointment within minutes and tires arrived on a Friday with install the following Tuesday. My car never left the driveway and got all four tires done in about 2 hours. So quick and easy I was able to pick up my Son from school minutes after. Only wish I heard of them sooner.

I wanted this to be a 5 star review... I really, really did... so one of my tires was flat and I thought it best to just replace all tires. Spoke with Keith on the phone and he told me he would be the one to replace my tires. Keith was very cordial and great to talk to. He came on time, called me when it was done and even allowed me to pay over the phone... very convenient. So it was time to take my car for a spin... as I was driving the car felt horrible.. it was shaking and pulling so I figured I needed a wheel alignment... got my wheel alignment and as I was driving with all my windows down

I'm so happy to have found Justin & In-Motion Mobile Tire Service. I had a tire go flat at home. I do have roadside service, they sent AAA out to add air so I can get to a tire shop. The tire had a hole in the sidewall, it needed to be replaced. Roadside service would have towed it to the dealer 27 miles away to have the tire replaced. . I called In-Motion Tires and spoke with Justin. I scheduled him to come out and replace my tire. What a great experience this was! No fighting traffic & waiting at the dealer for hours to have it replaced. Justin was here when he said he would be and done in less

SO glad I found In-Motion Tire!!! Justin & Gary are complete professionals. I had a flat and could not drive to get it replaced. They came out within hours for only a $25 fee. Justin did not try to up sell me at all. My Mercedes was back on the road with the exact tire from the dealer within 15-20 minutes of arrival. I could not have been happier. No long wait like at the USUAL tire store. Would highly recommend Justin & Gary!!!

A long overdue review, however, I could not be anymore pleased with this service. My car had a flat in my apartment parking lot and although I had filled it the night before it had gone flat again. Knowing I wouldn't be able to make it down the street I decided to call In-Motion tires and cross my fingers. Although they are based in San Antonio they were willing to drive all the way to San Marcos to help me out. Amazing. Justin and another colleague showed up within an hour or so after my initial phone call bringing the tires needed but ended up just patching my tire as they said perhaps a nail

Amazing full service mobile tire shop!! I needed a tire replaced asap and they arrived at my home on time when I needed them and work was completed quickly. Highly recommended whether you just need one tire or all 4 with new wheels. They do it all at a very competitive price and with a great attitude! They will come to your home or work! No need to drive to a shop and wait anymore!

What a great service, expectations exceeded! Justin is a wholesaler for Tire Rack and got me the OEM tire set requested in two days. Mounted, balanced, and installed the full set at my home. All for significantly less $ and no sitting for two hours at a local shop. I would recommend highly and will be back. Thanks Justin!

These guys helped me out tremendously this evening after having a blow out and couldn't get access to my spare tire. I called 3 other mobile tire repair company's and they wanted to charge triple the cost of in motion. I highly recommend them. The gentleman who came out was really laid back. Thanks for the help

I was in a real jam and Justin at In-Mobile Tires came to the rescue! I broke my jack trying to get a spare on and I tried calling several businesses to come help me with no luck. In-Motion was the only one able to come help me. Justin got me fixed in no time. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great customer service and help with any tire related issues.

Very unprofessional, had a district manger name Keith fix my tires, VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE, did not tighten one of my tires on correctly! Used my car Monday morning to go to work and that's when I noticed the tire was loose. Keith came back to fix it but blamed one of us at my house that unloosened the tire and this is a district manger!
Do not trust them!
