Highly recommend Moore's Marine. Got lucky with timing and he was able to get me right in. Was very helpful and patient, being a first time power boater, and explained everything in as much detail as I could ask for. Really appreciated picking his brain and hearing life stories. Very fair pricing for the quality and service provided. Says he's retiring soon but I selfishly hope he works for many more years so I can absorb some of his vast knowledge.

Great personalized service - this is a Family run place and they know their Customers. We have used Moore's for almost 15 years and have never had any issues with their service. They winterize and store our boat each winter and it is always ready to go in the Spring. We bought a new motor for our boat from Moore's and they did a great job installing and ensuring it works perfectly!!

Normally I've had good luck at Moore's but my last visit will be just that...my last. Instead of making a phone call to me, Bryon decided to make an assumption that I'd like to pay $95/hr for labor to take apart my boat dash to install an ignition key rather than spend the $5 in gas to drive back there and drop him off the boat key!! I heard all the excuses in the book when I challenged him on the cost and they really are just excuses. There is no reason he couldn't have picked up the phone. Customer beware...for a simple engine 3yr check out, 2 spark plugs and his doctor-esque labor charges, expect

I have had the opportunity to do business with both Gene, Brian and Mrs. Moore, and I can say in all candor, these are the most dedicated helpful people on the planet when it comes to needing assistance for an OMC outboard issue.
Whether is is a parts question, technical advice, or just plain service, everyone I have dealt with is extremely knowledgeable, willing to help and best of all, a real subject matter expert if you own a Johnson or Evinrude product. There is no one better!!!!!
