If you would like to have a professional license, it is important to know the requirements and the steps involved. Check them out here! FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE In Florida, all real estate agents start as a "Sales Associate." Complete the State Application. This must now be done after obtaining a certificate upon completing a Florida approved 63 Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course.
The courses and exam prep products listed on this website are developed and owned by Azure Tide School. To administer the courses and track your success, we utilize Skyprep as your online school portal/website. Payment will be immediately requested. Course purchases DO NOT go into the shopping cart.
If you have a concept that you are struggling with, please don't hesitate to contact your teacher for help! You can communicate directly with her at the same phone number and email as the rest of the staff. Just ask for Pam. When emailing, if possible, screen shot (alt + prt scr) and paste either the content you are struggling with or the test question and send it to her in an email.
We have had students of all ages and experience take and exceed in our courses. It doesn't matter what your background is, though, you may benefit from some test taking tips. Know your facts. For example, if a timeline is taught in the course then more than likely you will be tested on the timeline involved.

The web page is user friendly. Their customer service is excellent. Passed both the 63 hours and the state exam on the first attempt.
The only thing I would change is the exam prep the school offers (this is an extra assistance the school offers and it is not part of the 63 hours class; you would need to purchase it separate) I didn’t like that the question didn’t have the rationale.

I took their 63 Hour Course 2.5 years ago. passed the class test and immediately ordered the prep course but didn't use it. 2.5 years later, I go to take the State Exam and go to take the prep course. It was closed out and I couldn't start it. I called the school and was told, basically, "tough luck." Sent a message here on messenger and they reset… the prep course. The courses are excellent.
I did have a problem with my certificate from the school as it didn't state 63 hours on it. Make sure if you get you class certificate it shows the 63 hours.
